This bed takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive (from the date of order placement). This longer than usual wait time is due to a high influx of orders.
- There will be two boxes for the shipment.
- Free Shipping for ALL Orders.
- We cannot ship furniture to PO Boxes, so please order to a residential address only.
- We cannot ship this product outside of the United States at this time.
Returns:

This product (and all furniture) are final sale. This means that regardless of whether or not the furniture shows up as described and there are no issues due to our error (such as quality issues) within 7 days of delivery, we do not accept returns. In the event that there are issues, refer to the paragraphs below. We do not accept the products back, only reshipments within the given time periods. No exceptions made.

If there are quality issues that are discovered upon arrival, we must be informed within 7 days of the delivery. We will be able to offer a reshipment, but only if we are informed of and shown the issues of the product within 7 days of delivery.

There is a 3 month warranty on this product that starts from the date of delivery. This is in the event that there are any manufacturing defects. We will be able to offer a partial reshipment or full reshipment, depending on the circumstances.
- The warranty does not cover issues such as damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disasters/accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage. This also includes damage resulting from modifications made to the products.
